Ernie Heymann is the founder, visionary and developer of Bonita Motor Vault, bringing nearly 40 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions and capital markets. Over the course of his career, Mr. Heymann led or participated in real estate transactions with an aggregate value of approximately $10 billion.

Previously, as co-founder of CAPREIT, he served as Chief Investment Officer and later as Vice Chairman during a 30-year tenure. Under his leadership, the company developed, acquired, and repositioned more than 40,000 multifamily homes valued at over $7 billion with multiple institutional and private capital partners.

Mr. Heymann also led many redevelopment initiatives throughout Florida, including the successful repositioning of San Mirage Condominiums in Bonita Springs, less than a mile from the Bonita Motor Vault site.

Ernie holds an MBA from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Gannon University.
